East ALgarve Guest is a local accommodation management company that was born out of the desire to offer a highly welcoming service to owners and guests, as if it were our own home. We are passionate about homes and people! And we have found the perfect fusion of these passions in local accommodation management. Managing a local accommodation house profitably is a demanding, full-time job. We work on an exclusive basis with the houses entrusted to us in order to offer the owners and guests the best possible service. It all started when we bought our first holiday home 300 km away. We realised that it didn't make sense to have a closed house and only use it 15/20 days a year. A closed house gets damaged much more often, stops being an investment and becomes a cost, not to mention the pleasure of receiving and showing off what is so good and beautiful about it. That's why we thought about monetising it, but without losing the right to use it. But the truth is that we fell completely in love with this part of the Algarve and, for various reasons, we packed our bags and moved here. What we do every day is try to create differentiating and personalised solutions for your business, by creating unique memories and experiences for guests.
