About us
In love with homes and with people.
east ALgarve guest is a boutique holiday rental management company, based in Tavira and dedicated to selected properties in the eastern Algarve. We were born of two passions: houses and people.
It all began with our own holiday home, 300 km away. A house that stays closed most of the year becomes a cost instead of an investment with returns. That is how we fell in love with Tavira. So much that we packed our bags and moved here for good.

We handle everything, from listing to check-out.
We know every property we represent, value its identity and follow every detail closely, from preparation to the guest experience. We work with a limited number of houses, exclusively.
Our own dedicated team handles the cleaning, preparation and presentation of every house between stays, from linen to the small details. More than cleaning, we prepare each house to welcome.
In partnership with RG Home Staging, an optional home staging service designed for holiday rentals. Tailor-made projects, independent from the management, for houses that stand out before the first booking.
A stay can be the start of a story with the region. With trusted local partners, we take our guests to the best of the eastern Algarve: Ria Formosa boat trips, beaches and the tables where locals eat.

Several of our houses accept pets. Check each property's conditions or simply ask us. We will gladly find the right house for the whole family.
In most houses the minimum stay is 3 nights, varying with the season and the property. Exact values are shown at the time of booking.
